The Human Continuity Charter is the constitutional ceiling. Its seven principles — survival, liberty, diversity, knowledge, stewardship, AI restraint, evolution — cannot be suspended or amended by any majority. The SFS Foundation, a perpetual charitable trust, is the only body that governs in its name, and it too is bound by it.
SFS Technologies Ltd (Ireland, active) holds intellectual property and operates. The planned Austrian GmbH is the research vehicle — the body that applies for FFG grants and partners with TU Wien and TU Graz. The planned Swiss Foundation body holds the endowment and the long-term mandate, separating capital from operations.
The Joule-Credit protocol converts verified energy into a unit of account — 1 JC = 1 MJ. Fusion output is confirmed by a 3-of-4 oracle consensus before any JC is issued. It is a physical commodity standard, deliberately outside MiCA and all crypto-asset regulation — not merely compliant, but categorically distinct.
The five phases consume funding to build — and each completed structure produces energy, which returns as revenue to the protocol, which funds the next phase. The programme is designed to be self-financing at every step: seed capital begets research, research begets IP, IP begets revenue, revenue begets construction.
